Ability to Set Candidates Off-Limits

Click "Off Limits From"

Click "Off Limits Note"

Now you can set the restriction type for the off limits. So here you'll see "No Restrictions" -that would mean this candidate can still be communicated with, and they will still be able to be added to a short list. It will just show inside the candidate record that they're off limits.

In this example, I'll pick Assignment.

Click Ok.

Click here

If you go into a job, you will no longer be able to use the quick add to add the candidate to a shortlist. If you type their name, nothing will appear.
