The claim can be found in the "Not Filed" que with the icon indicating it came from the Online Claim Form.

When you open the claim it will direct you to this pop up where you can select an existing matching Customer.

Or you can "Create New Customer" if there are no matches.

You can preview any documents that were submitted along with the claim form.

Click "Next"

Click "Create New Location" or match to any listed matching locations.

Click "Finish" and you can now manage and file this claim!
