Find the lead you want to accept and click "Accept"

Once on the customer's lead page, click "COMPLETE"

Click "NEXT"

Fill out the shipping information for the referee (if you have a physical card program).

Click "NEXT"

Fill out the shipping information for the client (if you have a physical card program).

Click "NEXT"

Click "YES, COMPLETE"
