Navigate to [https://www.upling.app/backoffice/order/view](https://www.upling.app/backoffice/order/view)

When a Patient orders , you will hear a "Bell Ring" and the number change from "0" to "1"Click "Delivery / Pickup Orders

Click the "Eye" Icon to view order details

A screen will pop up to make sure order is available

Scroll down to Click the Check Icon to "Accept: or "Reject" an order

Please ensure that you jot down the order number to verify that the driver collects the correct order.

Click here to change status to "Out for Delivery" to updated the patient that the order is "On the way"

Click here to choose your preferred driver .

Click here to view PDF receipt (print and add to order).
