Navigate to your Emails inbox.

Open Attendee confirmation "Alaska CHARR: Anchorage TAP - 1-29-26 Attendee Confirmation"

Once the email is opened. You should see this page.

If they do not have access to the confirmation email. Navigate them to our learning platform. <https://www.pathlms.com/alaska-charr>

Click "<https://www.pathlms.com/alaska-charr>"

You are now being redirected to our Learning Platform.

If you are signed into your account. You will see your name in this Top right Hand corner. If you are on a phone, you will see **≡**. Click the **≡** to drop down the menu, and look for your name or Sign in.

Click "Sign In"

You will now be navigated to our main website, to log into your CHARR account. Click the "Email" field.

Enter in your Email and click "Continue"

Enter in your Password and Click "Login"

You will now be directed back to the learning Platform and should see your name in the top right hand corner or at the bottom of the **≡** menu.

Click "Courses"

Click "Purchased"

Click on your TAP course date.

If nothing appears under Purchased. Confirm user is logged into their account. If they are logged in. Check with the user, that they are logging in with the same information used to purchase the course.

You will need to open the "TAP eBook" First.

Click "TAP eBook" Once Clicked the TAP eBook will be downloaded on your device.

Click "I'll stay here"

Click "TAP Anchorage - 1/29/26"

Once the TAP eBook is downloaded. You can now open the book to follow along with the instructor. **You must wait to move on to the assessment, until the instructor is done teaching.**

Navigate back to the courses main assignment page. Click "Assessment: 40 questions 1 retake"

Click "Start Assessment"

Click "Yes"

Confirm all questions are answered.

Click "Submit"

Click "I'll stay here"

You can now see your Score, and which questions you missed below.

Click "TAP Anchorage - 1/29/26"

Click "Alaska CHARR Certificate"

You now have a temporary certificate. This will be valid temporarily, until you receive your hard card.

Click "Print Certificate" to print or download as a pdf.
