Access Library Account and Renew Items Online

A quick step-by-step guide to get logged in to our online catalog where you can search and place holds on items as well as renew items you currently have checked out. For further assistance, please call us at 570-286-2461 during the hours listed on our website.

Navigate to [https://degensteinlibrary.org/](https://degensteinlibrary.org/)

Click 'Search Catalog / My Account'

Click "My Account"

Click the "Library Card Number" field.\ Default username is all caps, \[first inital\]\[last name\] ex. JDOE for John Doe Alternatively, you can enter your full library card number on the back of your card.

Click the "PIN" field.

Default Pin is the last 4 digits of the phone number on your account

Click "Log in"

To see checked out items and renew items out

Click "Items Checked Out"

Click "Items Checked Out" in the pop out window

Click this checkbox on the books you'd like to renew. Note the amount in the "Renewals Left" column.

Click "Renew Selected" and your due date should update
