Access and Customize Restaurant Menu and Settings

Itsacheckmate

Navigate to [https://mm.itsacheckmate.com/](https://mm.itsacheckmate.com/)

Hover over the left-hand sidebar > Click on "**Store Management**"

In "**Store Management**", access the left-hand side navigation bar to access the various functions related to Store management.

You can change the location easily from the top of the page. Simply click on the dropdown menu, begin typing, and relevant locations will automatically appear for you to select from.

***Note:*** *At any point while on the store management page, you can change the location to view the menu of a different location.*

Store Menu

Click on "**Store Menu**" to view the menu of the currently selected store.

Ordering Hours

Click "**Ordering Hours**" to view and modify the ordering hours for your store

You can view and edit Regular hours, Special/Holiday hours, and Kitchen prep time in this section.

Marketplace

Click "**Marketplace**" to review and add ordering platforms to your store.

You can manage your integrated ordering platforms under the "**MY INTEGRATIONS**" tab.

Orders

Click on "**Orders**" to see the live orders for your location

Request Queues

Click on "**Request Queues**" to see the list of changes under review.

***Note***: *Request Queues help you monitor and manage menu edit requests, especially for menus that do not sync automatically with your POS system. This feature keeps you informed about pending modifications and approvals. For POS systems that sync automatically with ItsaCheckmate, request queues are unnecessary. The relevance of this feature depends on your POS type.*

Location Settings

Click "**Location Settings**" to see the details of the currently selected location

Updating your store’s operational details is streamlined within the Location Settings panel. Here's how you can make those adjustments easily: - **Manage POS Settings:** You can update your Point of Sale (POS) Settings, ItsaCheckmate Settings, and Third-Party Settings in their respective tabs. - **Review Location Information:** The Right side panel provides a comprehensive overview of your location, including the Location Name, Address, and ItsaCheckmate ID. - **Set Tax and Pricing:** Easily modify the Location Tax Rate, Price Elevation, and Rounding. - **Sync Information:** View at a glance the status of your Last Push Attempt, Last Successful Push, and Last POS Menu Sync, keeping you informed of your integration health. - **View Tags and Status:** The side panel displays the Location Status and Location Tags.
