This guide shows you where to find the webshop on My Easyfairs and how to order items for your stand

Navigate to My Easyfairs and find the event you are exhibiting at

Click "Manage stand"

If the webshop is open, a pop up will immediately appear. You can click "Close" to remove the popup, or "Webshop" to access the webshop

To find the webshop on My Easyfairs, click "Manage Stand"

Click "Webshop"
Tip! Underneath this section you will be able to see all items already included or bought for your stand

The webshop will open. Use the categories on the side or the search function to find the item(s) you are looking for

Click on the item you would like to add to your basket

You can amend the amounts here

Click "Add to basket" to confirm

Click "Add to Basket"

Click "View Basket" or "Continue shopping"

You can also always click on the shopping cart icon to see what is in your basket

To place your order, click "Place order". You will receive an invoice from the Operations team to pay for your items
