Accessibility Checks with Grackle Docs

Open a document that you'd like to check accessibility.

Select "Extensions" from the menu.

Select "Grackle Docs."

Select "Launch."

When you launch Grackle Docs, the extension will begin the Accessibility Check.

After Grackle Docs analyzes the document, you will be able to view the report and make the recommended changes.

Here is an example of an accessibility check that failed, with errors that needs to be fixed.

This error indicates that the tables in this document need to have the header rows tagged appropriately. Select "Tag All" to fix this error.

Once you have resolved all of the errors, be sure to select "Re-Check" to run the Accessibility Check again.

Once you are notified that "22 of 22 checks passed" your document has passed the Accessibility Check.
