Accessing All Alerts and the Group Email Option

Primary reviewers are a required assignment, but practices maintain full visibility for coverage needs

ePRO Alerts for an oncology practice

Navigating to the Alerts tab will default to user's assignments

Click "ALL ALERTS" to see anything outstanding for the practice

Click "--Please Select--" to enter a specific reviewer for coverage needs

Click reviewer whose associated patients you would like to view

Alerts Group Email for a User

Tip! This allows for any alert emails to be delivered to a group email for the practice after PROmpt enrollment

In an individual user profile, an secondary (group) email can be supplied
