Accessing Certificates on BRIDGE-RI

Navigate to BRIDGE-RI home page.

Once on the page, log in. Note: If you forgot your user name or password, click on "Retrieve Password". An email will be sent to the email address connected to your BRIDGE-RI account. If you no longer have access to this account, submit a Help Desk ticket through the home page.

The Help Desk form is linked on our home page. Scroll to the bottom of the BRIDGE-RI home page. Click on BRIDGE-RI TROUBLESHOOTING to be directed to the "Help Desk".

Then click on the "Helpdesk" Icon. You will be re-directed to the Help Desk form.

Once in your account, click the drop down arrow next to your name.

Click "Profile" in the drop down menu.

Under "Miscellaneous", click "My certificates"

Click the download icon next to the desired certificate.

The certificate will appear as a PDF which you can save to your device. The PDF can be sent as an email attachment or printed out.

If you need assistance, complete an online Help Desk request form. The form is linked on our home page. Scroll to the bottom of the BRIDGE-RI home page. Click on BRIDGE-RI TROUBLESHOOTING to be directed to the "Help Desk".

Then click on the "Helpdesk" Icon. You will be re-directed to the Help Desk form.
