Accessing Completed & Transferred Courses at SPCC

This guide shows how to check your Student Planning timeline in Self-Service to confirm which credits transferred, interpret transfer-grade codes (e.g., TC, TB), and identify placement credits for English/Math. It also links to registration instructions and Health Program Phase II admissions so you can accurately plan your major.

Click "Menu"

Click "Student Panel"

Click "Self Service"

Click "Student Planning"

Click "Go to Plan & Schedule"

Click "Timeline"

Review all classes by clicking the arrow buttons on the left and right

Notice BUS-137: Principles of Management shows "TC". This class has been transferred (T) and the "C" is the grade received at the previous institution

You can scroll down to review any classes that may have been transferred. You may notice some classes like DRE, ENG, MAT that are used for placement in English and Math
