Only system administrators can perform these steps.

Click here.

Click go into setup.

Click the "Quick Find" field.

Type "email alert"

Click "Email Alert"

Click "Seller Appointment Set-Event"

Click Edit.

Here you can add or remove recipients from the alert.

Click this image.

Click Save.

Click the Email Template link to edit the body or subject of the email.

Click this button field.

You can add merge fields by object.

Click this dropdown.

Click the "Email Body" field.

Click Save.
