Accessing Incident IQ via ClassLink

This walkthrough shows how to access the IT help desk ticketing system via the ClassLink Launchpad portal.

3 steps

Navigate to [www.cisd.org](https://www.cisd.org/) and scroll down find the "ClassLink" icon. Click on the icon and continue with signing in with your district credentials.

Click "Incident IQ - Technology Help Desk"

Choose "New Ticket" and follow the prompts to submit a technology help desk ticket.
