Log in to your CareerSet account at **careerset.com/qub**

To download CV templates, click on 'CV Templates'. Queen's does not recommend using CV templates, but they are available here to review as examples.

You will then be able to download a CV template. Click on the relevant CV and it will download to your device.

Once the CV has downloaded, click 'close'.

To review support such as FAQs, click on 'Support'.

You will then be able to access resources on a variety of topics.

For example, to find out information on 'Account and Login' click on the '4 Articles' button below the heading.

You will then be able to select a topic to read about.

On the 'Support' page, you can also type your question into a toolbar.

Start typing your question and a list of queries will generate; select the relevant one.

You will then receive an answer to your question; to return to the Support page click the 'back' button.
