Click "Account Login"

Enter your email Enter password Click "Log in" If you you unable to login, please contact the ADA Member Service Center at 312-440-2500. Available 7am-6pm/central time or email mcs@ada.org.

Click "My ADA"

Click "All CE Credits"

Click "Start Date" twice to sort your CE records chronologically.
