Accessing your parent portal account
Your parent portal account is created when your ward(s) are being enrolled into the school portal by the school.\ \ If your parent account as created using your valid email address, then the portal will automatically send your login directives to your email address (including the portal login page link). \ If you valid email address was not used for your portal account creation, then you'll need to obtain your login details from the school, as well as the link to the portal login page.

Navigate to the school portal login page (as provided by your wards' school)

**To Sign In With Google:**\ \ If you are registered as a parent with your valid Google (Gmail) email address, you can log in to the portal using Google (single-sign-on) by clicking the **"Sign in with Google"** button, and then proceeding to select the email account and authorize the log in.

**To Sign In With Account Details:**\ \ Select the log in as **"Parent / Guardian"** option.

Provide the **email address** or **phone number** used to register your parent account. Provide your account **password**.\ \ Click "**Sign in**"

In case you do not remember your portal login password, you can reset your password by requesting a password reset link.\ \ Navigate to the school portal login page and click **"Forgot Password?"**

Provide the email address used to register your portal account

Click "Proceed".\ \ If the email address provided is found to be linked to an account, you will receive an email message bearing a password reset link which you can click/follow to set a new password for your portal account.

Log into your parent portal using any of the methods described earlier

**Wards List Section:**\ \ On your dashboard, you can see the list of your wards (if you have multiple wards linked to your parent profile).\ You can click the "**Go to Account Section**" button to navigate to the account section of any of your wards.\ \ If you have only one ward linked to your parent profile, you will automatically be redirected to the account section of your linked ward upon login.

**Family Fees Wallet Section:**\ \ Next, you'll find the details of your family fees wallet and account number(s) in this section of your dashboard.\ Your family fees wallet is the unique wallet with a set of account numbers dedicated to your family and used for making fees payments for your wards.

**Pending Payments Section:**\ \ This section shows a sliding list of pending payments/invoices meant for your wards.\ You can click to view or pay any of the invoices.

**News & Updates Section:**\ \ This section show a sliding list of news / updates / announcements posted by the school. You can click to open and read any of the updates in the list.

Click "Go to Account Section"

In the student's section dashboard, you will find the daily timetable of the ward (student) you selected

On the dashboard, click "**Results**" to view the results of your ward

Click "**Assignments**" to view assignments of your ward.\ \ Note that you can only view the assignment entries from your parent portal account, but cannot take part or make a submission for your ward. Your ward needs to log in to their student account to take part in and make assignment submissions on the portal.

You can also click the other items like - *Fees*, *Exams*, *Communication*, *Hostel*, etc. - to open their pages and view them
