Accessing & Working the IPR Log

In Microsoft Teams, Click "Teams" from your menu.

Click "Documents"

Click on "IPR LOG.url". This will send you to the SharePoint site where the IPR Log is stored for Product and Accounts Payable.

Select the most current month's folder and open.

Click on the link to the Excel IPR Log.

It will open in your browser. Select "Editing" to open in Microsoft Excel desktop version.

Select "Open in Desktop App"

Click "Enable Content" once the Excel opens in the desktop app.

Select "Continue".

**ALERT!** Your changes to this file will only work in the desktop app and save to the shared file if you are signed in to Microsoft 365.

Your profile picture and/or name should be in the top right-hand corner of the desktop application if you are properly signed in. If a picture has not been selected for your profile, one will not exist as shown below. If your name is in the upper right-hand corner click on it to ensure you are signed in.

This is a shared file amongst many individuals at TTI. Be sure to clear your filter by: Selecting the "Data" tab.

In Sort & Filter under the Data tab, click "Clear".

Filter for your name then review the "IPR STATUS" column for items pending AP.

**ALERT!** Don't forget to update the IPR STATUS if the status of the line has changed.

**ALERT!** Remember to review the Product columns on the far right for responses to your lines.

**ALERT!** Remember to review the "AP MGR COMMENTS FOR A/P COORDINATORS". It is likely that Product has provided an update and you are being asked for an update in return.
