Navigate to [[[https://jewellcentral.etrieve.cloud]]](https://jewellcentral.etrieve.cloud)

If you already have an outlook account Click USE ANOTHER ACCOUNT. If not skip to the next step.

Type in your username/email address for example: [lassot.25@william.jewell.edu](mailto:lassot.25@william.jewell.edu)

Click Next

Type your password. Example: WJC-MMDDYY (using your birthdate)

Click Next

Click "I want to set up a different method" The rest of the instructions below use the ***"I want to set up a different method" option.*** You can use the Microsoft authenticator app on your phone by clicking next at this prompt instead, but sometimes the authenticator app causes issues. It is up to you which form of verification you want to use.

Click "Get a call or text to sign in with a code"

Click the "Phone number" field and type in the phone number you want your verification code sent to then click 'next'.

Click the "Enter code" field and type the code you received in the text then click "Next".

Your account is now secure. Click "Next"

Click "Done"
