Click "IMAGE REVIEW"

Click "My Medical Images Upload"

If you do not have an existing account, complete this section. If you do have an existing account, please proceed to Step 12.

Click this dropdown to select the appropriate country.

Enter your phone number.

Enter a password meeting the requirements listed below.

Reenter your password.

You must enter a note in this field to proceed.

Click the "I accept the mymedicalimages Terms of Service" field.

Click "Create Account"

If you have an existing account, click "Already have an account?"

Enter your username and password.

Enter a note in the note section.

Click "Log in"

If you are uploading from a CD, click here.

Click "Next Step"

Click "Select"

Select the appropriate drive that contains your disk.

The system will find the appropriate images then click "Start"

Once the upload is complete, click "Home"

Upon completion of the upload, you may be logged out and may be required to log back in again.

Once you log back in, click on "My Account".

The list of images your have shared will be displayed. Click the appropriate study by clicking the checkbox.

Click "Send"

The exam will be displayed and then click "Submit".

This will complete the process, and a confirmation will appear. You may select "Home" to exit this process.
