Navigate to your service provider's Customer Portal URL - they should have provided you with this.

Whilst you are here, you can contact the service provider using the Contact Us form if required.

To log in or sign up, simply click the 'Manage Account' button.

Initially you will see the Sign In option. If you already have an account, you can sign in directly here. If you would like to reset your password, you can click 'Forgot Password' or contact your service provider.

If you do not yet have an account, you can sign up using the 'Sign Up' option below.

Here, you can input your email or customer reference number. This will need to be the same email used by your service provider in their account in order to link the two accurately. If unsure, the best option is just to use your customer reference number, if you have this.

Then, set your desired password in the 'Password' field and click 'Continue' to sign up.

If you set your password and see the below error, it is likely that your password is too weak, or has been involved in a data leak. If you see this, we would advise choosing a different, more secure password.

Once you have signed up, you can view all widgets as made available by your service provider.

You may be able to view things such as 'Upcoming Appointments' which will expand the available data. You can click 'Close' to close the widget and go back to the main screen.

If you can see the 'Appointment History' widget, you may be able to leave a review for your received service. To do this, leave your desired review, rate the service and click 'Save Feedback'.

Once you have viewed any available widget information, you can click 'Sign Out' to exit the portal view.
