Account Confirmation and Password Reset

Before any user is able to access the Cinnamon application they must: 1. Register an email address and password 2. Verify the email address by clicking on the link in the verification email 3. Have permissions assigned by their manager All permissions to access the system must be confirmed by the customer representative before permissions are added for each user.

Click on **Staff Area**.

Click on **Register as a new user**.

Complete the registration details and click on **Register**. Once you have registered, an email will be sent to your email address for you to verify your account and complete the registration.

Click the **Verify** button in the email. You may need to check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders. If the email is delivered to your spam folder then you must: - Copy the email to your inbox - Ensure that you “download pictures”

If you do not receive the verification email you need to: - Double check that the email address used to register is valid. - Check again that the email address used to register is valid! - Contact your local IT team to ensure that email messages from Cinnamon are not blocked by a local policy. Account notification messages from Cinnamon will be from [noreply@cinnamondigitalapplications.co.uk](mailto:noreply@cinnamondigitalapplications.co.uk)

You **must** now contact your local immunisation team so that they can assign permissions for you to access the system.

You will be unable to access any information until this final step is complete. Your local immunisation team must grant you access permissions before you can access the system.

If you **forget your password** then you can reset your password automatically. Click on **Forgot your password** button.

Enter your Email address and click **Email link**.

An email will be sent to your account, click on the **Reset** button. You may need to check your ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ folders. You may also need to download pictures in order to see the Reset button
