Tip! The following steps will allow you to view and/or edit your: - Billing Address - Mailing Address - Phone Number(s) - Email Address(es) - Parking Terms and Conditions

Navigate to [https://parkingbase.com/c/rutgers/myaccount/monthly/accounts/view](https://parkingbase.com/c/rutgers/myaccount/monthly/accounts/view)

Tip! These steps only apply to those who have already purchased a permit. Once you log into Parking Base, you should immediately be directed to the following screen. If you do not see your 'Account', as shown below, simply click Permit in the left navigation menu, then Accounts in the top navigation menu as shown below.

Click PERMIT then ACCOUNTS if you do not already see your account information.

Click Manage Account

Billing Address

Click Update Billing Address to view/edit your billing address

Mailing Address

Click Update Mailing Address to view/edit your mailing address

Phone Numbers

Click Update Phone Numbers to view/edit your phone numbers. The first number is part of your profile, and cannot be removed. You can add additional phone numbers should you have a primary and secondary. To change your primary, please contact parking operations.

Emails

Click Update Email Address to view/edit your email addresses. Your primary Rutgers University or University Health email cannot be changed, as that is part of your profile. You may add additional email addresses should you wish to receive any important notices to a secondary email.

Document Download

Click Documents. This tab is where you'll find a copy of the Parking Terms and Conditions signed during your permit registration process. If your permit was migrated from the prior parking system, NuPark, you may not have a document here to download until you purchase a new permit in the future.
