Action Learning Host Portal Instructions

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to navigate and use the Action Learning Host Portal. It covers topics such as logging in, creating an account, completing your profile, managing organization information, creating a project, and submitting the project. If you need assistance with using the Host Portal, please contact the Action Learning Office at actionlearning@mit.edu.

Navigate to the Action Learning Host Portal [launch](https://web.miniextensions.com/A7ZCB5o8zP0t9GfnMjK2)

Enter your email (this is typically your work email).

Click "Continue."

If you believe you have duplicate accounts, please contact the Action Learning Office [send email](mailto:actionlearning@mit.edu)

Click the "Enter verification code" field.

Click "Continue."

Complete your profile

Navigate to the "Profile" tab.

Select your profile.

If the Action Learning course in which you are participating is not already selected, click “Find” to add it. This is important as it loads the required questions for that course.

Click "Done."

Notice the fields that are required by the teaching team for your Action Learning lab.

Add the missing information and click "Save" or "Confirm."

Manage your organization's information

Click "Organizations."

Click into your organization's profile.

Click "Add Access" if you'd like to grant anyone else from your team edit access to this organization's record. Type a part of that person's name to filter the results.

As with the "Profile" and "Project" tabs, please make sure you complete the required fields.

Create a project

Click "Projects."

Click "New Project" or select your existing project record.

Note your progress through the application and which fields are still required.

To grant another individual edit access to your project, click "Find" and search for that person.

Submit your project

Check to see if your project is complete. If the "Submittable" field reads "No," there are still required fields that are incomplete. Look at the "Progress" field to determine which fields are still missing.

Once you have completed all the required information, the "Submittable" field will read "Yes" and the option to submit the application will appear.

Click "Submit."

Click "Done."
