Step 4: Turn on the Automation

Click the 3 dots and click "Publish workflow." There are 4 total workflows. 3 should be turned on by default. **Workflow 1: Current Customer Review Request** - Sends review requests when someone is marked as a customer or an invoice is paid in Kyrios. **Workflow 2: Negative Feedback Submitted** - This processes the negative feedback form, sends an email confirmation to the contact, and sends an email to all users notifying of the feedback for follow-up. **Workflow 3: Previous Customer Review Request -** This is meant to process review requests when you have an existing list of customers. Step 5 is for adding existing customers to this request. **Workflow 4: Remove From Review Campaign - Review Left -** This simply stops asking for reviews after a person clicks to leave a review. Turn these on only after the previous steps are complete.

Step 5 (Optional): Add Existing Customers to the Review Requests

If you already have customers in your system, you can include them in the review request program. How to do this: 1. Open your Contacts or Smart List 2. Filter for customers 3. Add them to the previous customer request workflow. This will allow the Referral Request workflow to include them moving forward.
