In the bottom-right corner of your screen, click **[[Settings]]** to open system settings.

Navigate to the **[[Archive]]** or **[[Data Management]]** section. Locate the **[[Archive toggle]]** and switch it **[[On]]** to activate automatic archiving.

Use the dropdown menu to select how long Opportunities or Projects should remain active before being archived *(for example: archive closed opportunities after 30, 60, or 90 days).*

Click **[[Save]]** at the bottom of the screen to apply your changes.

*(Optional)* To stop automatic archiving, return to the same settings and toggle the Archive feature **[[Off]]**, then save again.
