Activating your RCA email account

Launch a google chrome web browser and type [gmail.com](http://gmail.com)[[ click "Enter"]]

Click the sign in button to proceed with the log in.

Type in your RCA email address provided to you by the college.

Re-enter your RCA email address.

Enter your password if you have it, or click 'Forgotten my password' to reset it

Input your RCA email address and the characters shown in the picture

Click email to receive a verification code from your secondary email address

Verification code can be retrieved from your recovery email account (normally personal account)

Copy your verification code

Return to the initial web browser and enter the verification code, click next

Enter your new password. Please note that passwords must adhere to the following criteria: - They must be a minimum of 13 characters long. - They should consist of at least three out of these four types of characters: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols. - It cannot be a password that has been used previously.

Click "Finish" to complete the process.

You will see a confirmation message indicating that the password change has been successful
