Add/Remove Users in Departments

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add or remove users in departments using the Dialpad app. It offers a clear and concise process, making it easy for individuals to manage their team members efficiently.

Dialpad

Open your profile drop-down in the Dialpad app (top right corner). Select "Profile" - this will take you to a Dialpad webpage.

Click "Admin Settings" (the gear on the left side)

Click "Departments" or "Ai Contact Centers" then select the department/CC you want to add/remove users to.

Click "Assigned Operators & Phones"

To add a user, click "+ Add people from your team"

Start typing their first or last name, then select their name from the list that drops down.

To remove someone, click on "Options" to the right of their name and select "Remove"
