Add Cover Image to a Marketing Plan

Navigate to Brokerage Engine
The new photo will first need to be uploaded to Brokerage Engine before it can be applied to the Marketing Plan.

Click the "Gear" icon in the upper right hand corner

Click the "User Management" option.

Click "Toggle Dropdown" next to "New User"

Select "Upload Document".

Click "Choose File" and choose the desired image file.

Click the "Upload" button.

Press [[ctrl]] + [[c]]

Highlight and copy the image URL

Click the site icon to take you back to the agent-facing side of the system

Click the "Gear" icon

Click the "Marketing Plan" option.

The Manage Marketing Plans page will display a table of all the marketing plans currently in the system.

Locate the Marketing Plan you would like to add or edit the cover image. Click the "Action" button to edit the Marketing Plan
Tip! If you are creating a new Marketing Plan, the "Cover" field will be blank and you can easily paste the link to the new cover image. In this example, you will need to erase the current link and add the new link to change its cover image.

Delete the existing link and paste the new URL that you copied in the Manage Users Panel

Click "Update" to save the new cover image
