Add Credit Card and ACH Information to Agent Profiles

The agent’s profile must be impersonated in order for any Credit Card or ACH information to be updated.
Add a Credit Card

Navigate to the User Profile for the Agent and click the "Edit Profile" option.

Click the "Add Credit Cards" button.

Complete the "Card number" field.

Click the "Submit" button.

Click "OK"
If an agent has multiple credit cards on file, a default card can be selected.
Add ACH Information

Click the "+ Add ACH" button.

Enter the required information.

Click "Submit"

Click "OK"

If the agent has both Credit Card and ACH information on file, the default payment method can be selected.
Disable/Enable Auto Pay Processing

Click "Disable/Enable Auto Pay" depending on current preference
