Add Fleet - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to create a fleet within the ClearFleet system.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to Fleets

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation system

Click "Fleets" from the IRP sub-menu

Existing fleets will load

NOTE: Fleets can be viewed, edited or deactivated

Click "Add Fleet"

Supplement Step 1 of 6 - Fleet Details

Enter fleet details

NOTE: Option to create a trailer-only fleet

NOTE: Only select yes if actual distance accrued during the reporting period (Most common to select "No" for new fleets)

When ready, click "Next"

If not using actual distance, estimated distance from APVD chart will prefill form

Click "Save"

Supplement Step 2 of 6 - Weight Groups

Click "Add Weight Group"

Enter weight group information

When ready, click "Save"

NOTE: Weight groups can be edited or removed from the action icon menu

NOTE: More weight groups can be added

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 3 of 6 - Vehicles

Click "Add Vehicle"

Select your add type and click "Next"

Enter the vehicle information and click "Next"

Enter the weight group and axle information and click "Next"

NOTE: If an IFTA account exists, option to add an IFTA decal for the selected year

Enter registration details and click "Save"

If an IFTA account exists, option to add an IFTA decal is available

Vehicle is saved to the supplement and can be viewed, edited or removed

NOTE: Additional vehicles can be added

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 4 of 6 - Documentation

Review documentation requirements and upload documents as needed

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 5 of 6 - Verify

Select preferences and verify supplement information

Selections must be made for how to receive invoice as well as credentials

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 6 of 6 - Submit

Verify supplement information and click "Submit"

NOTE: Supplement is submitted for DOT processing (Larger supplements may require a little more processing time on submit)

Supplement Submitted

System redirects to the Supplements page

Invoice details are available below supplement details

Client account info and IRP fleet info loads below invoice details

Weight groups and fleet vehicles load at the bottom of the supplement
