In the left-hand navigation bar, click on "**Account Menu**".

Click on "**Items**".

Click on the "**Item**" you want to Add the Descriptions for.

In the "**Description**" text field, enter the details that accurately describe the menu item.

Click on "**Save**" to apply the changes.
