Add New Parent Contact in Student Profile

Navigate to <https://cie.powerschool.com/admin/home.html>[ ](https://ps-test.erskinecharters.org/admin/home.html)

Select your student.

Select "Compliance"

Select "Contacts"

Input Parent, or Guardian, email.

Select "Edit" Input Parent, or Guardian, Information.

Please remember to select, "..."Emergency", "Custody", "Lives With"..."

Select "Submit"

Select "Student Profile"

Select "Guardian and Student Account Access"

In the below screenshot, there will be a parent listed to select. Select the Parents name and you will have a prompt on the right hand side of the screen. Reset the parents password. Update the parent with new information and they should gain access from this point forward.
