Add Patient to Trial

From patients' list perspective

Functionality is available from Site and Organizational levels

Open patients' list

Click three dots to open menu

Click "Add to trial"

The modal window to add patient to a trial appears

Modal window at Site level looks slightly different

Fill at least all required fields and click "Save"

Patient now is assigned to the trial and information "Patient added to trial" appears

From Patient's card perspective

Functionality is available from Site and Organizational levels

Click "Actions"

Click "Add to trial"

The modal window to add patient to a trial appears

Click "Save"

Patient now is assigned to the trial and information "Patient added to trial" appears. You can verify it in Engagement

From trial perspective

Functionality is available only from Site level

Open trial's dashboard and click "Patients"

Click "Add patient" button

Form to add patient to the trial appears

Here you can either search an exisitng patient

Or create a new patient by clicking "Create new patient profile"

Than the modal window to add new patient appears

Fill all required fields and click "Save"

Patient now is assigned to the trial and information "Patient added to trial" appears
