Click "Settings"

Click "Users"

Click "Invite New Users"

Enter email address of new user here

Click "Add to List"

Enter "First Name"

Enter "Last Name"

Click "Available User Roles"

Click "Loan Officer"

Click "Branches" dropdown

Click "Default"

Click "Available User Roles" again. Note that you don't create the user again, just add an additional role to the same user.

Click "Loan Processor" or whatever additional role you want to add for the user.
Tip: The "System Administrator" role allows full access to all actions, including adding new users.

When you are finished adding roles, click "Invite New Users"

New user will receive an email from *notification@LendingPad.com* containing a link to the login page and instructions on setting up their password.
