Evaluatemyschool

User permissions required: Evaluation admin

Select an evaluation to add other users to

Click the cog icon - "Evaluation Setup"

Click "Setup Evaluation"

To add users to the whole evaluation, click "Evaluation Roles"

Enter the user's email address and select the role you would like them to have

Evaluation Admin - this user will be able to edit the evaluation and add other users. Evaluation Reviewer - this user will not be able to edit the evaluation but can look at all data. They can also add comments. They can not add users.

Click "Add User"

To change the user's permissions, click the pencil icon

Click "Evaluation Admin"

Change to "Evaluation Reviewer"

Click the "tick" icon.

Users can also be added to individual dashboards. Click "Dashboards"

Select a dashboard

Click the "Email" field and enter the user's email address

Select the permissions you would like the user to have

Click "Add User"
