Add Vehicle with Transfer - Service Provider

This is a step-by-step guide for service providers (process agents) to transfer a plate registration from one vehicle to another within the ClearFleet system. Transfer from vehicle will be deactivated and a new transfer to vehicle will be added.

Iterisclearfleet

Navigate to IRP Vehicles

Navigate to the Iteris ClearFleet system

Click "IRP" from the navigation menu

Click "Vehicles" from the IRP sub-menu

Be sure to search for the account you intend to work in\ Learn more about [searching for an account](https://scribehow.com/shared/Account_Lookup__btq-vMq5RuitKi5tT8hC-g?referrer=documents)

Select your desired registration year and fleet

Select "Add Vehicle with Transfer" from the action dropdown menu

Eligible vehicle(s) will load below

Select the desired vehicle(s)

Click "Start"

Supplement Step 1 of 4 - Vehicle(s)

Add with transfer supplement loads with selected vehicle(s)

NOTE: Supplement is available from the Work in Process page until submitted\ Learn more about [Work in Process](https://scribehow.com/shared/Work_in_Process__6YsAyJXqTTCE7m5FFs_5hw)

Click "Start" from the actions icon menu

NOTE: The following process must be repeated for each vehicle on the supplement

Transfer From: Delete Vehicle Information

Select the delete date and delete reason

Click "Next"

Transfer To: Add Vehicle Information

Select add type for the new vehicle and click "Next"

Enter the vehicle information

NOTE: Temporary authority is available and selected by default

When ready, click "Next"

Enter the weight group and axle information and click "Next"

Enter registration details

NOTE: Fee calculation date cannot be prior to delete date

NOTE: If an IFTA account exists an IFTA decal can be added for the new vehicle

When ready, click "Save"

Vehicle transfer has been saved to the supplement

NOTE: Add with transfer can be edited, viewed or removed from the supplement

NOTE: Another add vehicle with transfer can be added to the supplement

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 2 of 4 - Documentation

Review documentation requirements and upload documents if needed

NOTE: Temporary authority selection can be managed here as well

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 3 of 4 - Verify

Select preferences and verify supplement information

Selections must be made for how to receive both the invoice and credentials

When ready, click "Next"

Supplement Step 4 of 4 - Submit

Review supplement and invoice details and click "Submit"

NOTE: Supplement is now open for DOT processing

Supplement Submitted

System redirects to the open supplement

Invoice and vehicle details load below supplement details
