Apply Deny List Rule to Registration Settings
17
Once the license plate has been added to the tenant’s Deny List, you’ll need to update the relevant Registration Settings to apply the deny list rule. This ensures the parker can’t register a vehicle that has been denied access.
18
Click "Registration Settings"
19
This will open a list of all registration settings available for the tenant. For example, if you want to prevent abuse of **Complimentary Parking** while still allowing the parker to use a **Paid Parking** option, apply the Deny List rule only to the complimentary registration setting. If you want to completely block the vehicle from registering, apply the Deny List rule to all applicable registration settings. Click on the desired registration setting to continue.
20
Click the "Search" field above the Applied Rules section.
21
Search for the ***Vehicle Is Not On Deny List*** rule and click it to apply the rule to the registration setting.
22
You’ll now see the ***Vehicle Is Not On Location Deny List*** rule added under Applied Rules in the configuration.
23
Click "Save" to update the registration setting. Once saved, any vehicle on the tenant’s Deny List will be blocked from registering for Complimentary Parking at this tenant or location.

Bulk Upload Deny List from Spreadsheet
27
You can also bulk upload vehicles to the Deny List by selecting “Upload from spreadsheet” from the Add Vehicle dropdown menu.
28
Click “Download Template” to download the sample CSV file used for bulk uploads. This template shows the correct format and column headers needed to upload multiple vehicles at once.
29
Enter the vehicle data into the template file as needed. Note: The Plate Number and State/Province fields are required. The Reason and any Additional Information fields are optional.
30
Upload the CSV file by either dragging and dropping it into the upload area or clicking “Browse” to select it from your computer. This will upload your vehicle list to the Deny List.
31
Review the Match Columns details to ensure each column from your spreadsheet is correctly mapped. Verify that the Plate Number, State/Province, and any optional fields (like Reason) align with the correct system fields before proceeding.
32
Click "Next: create multiple" This will generate the vehicle entries from your uploaded file and take you to the next step to review the list of vehicles.
33
Review the vehicle list to confirm that all details are correct, then click “Next: submit.” This will upload the vehicles to the Deny List.
34
The bulk upload will process and add all vehicles to the Deny List. Once complete, the uploaded vehicles will appear in the Deny List table with their details and date added.
