Add a Collaborator (Third-Party Admin) to your Application

This guide covers how to add a collaborator to an application. The collaborator feature is designed to be used by a third-party administrator, such as a grant writer and artist manager, who works on applications on behalf of their client. A collaborator will only be able to see applications they are invited to and can be added or deleted at any time.

Smartsimple

Navigate to[ https://creativesask.smartsimple.ca/](https://creativesask.smartsimple.ca/)

Click "Start an Application"

Or you can go to "Active Applications", open a draft application and follow steps 5 and on

Find the program you want to apply for and click the "Create Application" button

Click "Save Draft"

Click "Invite Collaborator(s)"

Click the add / "+" button

You can leave prefix blank

Enter the collaborators first name

Enter the collaborators last name

Enter the collaborators email address

Click "Save"

Ensure their email address is correct before clicking "Invite"

Click "Invite"

Click "Yes"

Click "Main"

Click "Save Draft" and continue editing the application or sign out

The collaborator will receive an email invitation they can either accept or decline. If declined, they will not be added to the application. If accepted, they will be added as a contact with the role "Third-Party Administrator". They will then have access to edit and submit the application and, if approved, the final report as well.
