Add a Proxy in CUWeb

This guide demonstrates the process for adding a proxy in CUWeb. A proxy is someone who can approve your timesheets on your behalf and is a requirement for all supervisors approving students timesheets.

Clarku

Navigate to [you.clarku.edu](https://you.clarku.edu) and click "CUWeb Main Menu"

Click "Employees"

Click "Employee Dashboard"

Click "Approve Time"

Click "Proxy Super User" on the top left.

Scroll to the bottom and click "Add a new proxy."

Click "Select Employee to add as Proxy"

Type the name of the proxy you would like to assign.

Click the name of the proxy you would like to assign.

Click "Save"

Click "Navigate to Time & Leave Approvals..." to head back to your Timesheet Approval queue.
