Add a Signature Tag in VSCC

This step-by-step guide will show you how to add a Signature Tag to a document when from VSCC. Signature tags highlight areas of the document where users are required to sign. This can help speed up the signing process during a meeting, especially if the document requires signatures in multiple different areas.

Click the Signature Tag icon.

Select the role from the dropdown. Additional roles can be added to the template from Template Manager (see Step 10 for this).

Click "Confirm".

Resize the signature field by clicking and dragging the corners.

Click and drag to position it in the correct place on the document.

Click the green tick symbol.

To add another signature tag, repeat the steps.

Select the appropriate role each time. You can add multiple tags for one role.

When you're done, click on "save changes".

To add more roles to your template, go to the Template Manager.

Click the three dots icon.

Click "Edit details".

Edit existing roles, or add a new one.

Click "Add Role".

Click the red 'x' icon to remove a role.

Click "Submit".
