Add a new member (sell membership and sign contract)

Navigate to [https://development.clubplanner.be/Home/Index](https://development.clubplanner.be/Home/Index)

Click on the "Add-button" to add a new member.

Step 1: Fill out all the necessary member information

Click the "Date of birth" field.

Click this dropdown.

Click this text field.

Click "Next"

Step 2: fill out all necessary financial and company information

**Tip: make sure to enter IBAN and BIC if you want to sell a direct debit (domiciliation)**

Click here to automatically fill in the BIC, if the member wouldn't know it by heart

Click "Next"

Select the membership you would like to sell.

If there are actions/reductions configured on this membership, automatically and action code will be added. You can decide to delete this action code for this transaction.

Select a payment method, like "Cash". You can also split the payment in multiple payment methods or continue without full payment. If you continue without full payment, there will be a remainder on this membership which needs to be paid later.

Click "Pay 100,00 €"

Step 3 (optional): "Sign Contract". If a contract is linked to a membership, Cub Planner will automatically ask to sign a contract. **Tip: if you're using e-sign on a tablet, click the button "Online sign" and the contract will be loaded onto the tablet where the member can read ans ign the contract. You will have to open the provided URL on the tablet, then click on "Online sign".**

Click "View Profile" to finish the "Add member"-flow and open the member's profile.
