Add an Individual/Department to the Number Directory

This guide provides a straightforward process for adding an individual or department to the Number Directory.

Manually added numbers are classified as a **Custom** contact type!

Navigate to [SalesAi](https://app.salesai.com/)

On the left-hand side, click **AI Voice.**

Choose **Number Directory.**

Input the **individual's/department's number.**

Input the **individual's/department's name.**

Click **Add New Number.**

A pop-up banner will appear at the top of the screen confirming the number was added successfully.

The new Custom number will then appear in the list below and be marked as **Custom.**
