Add an additional MFA Method if you only have Face ID or Touch ID
If you set up Face ID or Touch ID, you must add an additional MFA method.

Open a "New Incognito Window" or a "Private Browser"

Go to [Fordham.edu](https://Fordham.edu) and click on "Log in"

Enter your Fordham credentials then select "LOGIN"

When prompted by your keypass or passkey system select "Cancel"

Click "Cancel" again

Select "Other Options" under "Set up Touch ID"

Click "Manage Devices"

Click "Touch ID" or "Face ID"

Click "Add a Device"

Click "Duo Mobile"

Enter in your country code and phone number. Then click "Continue"

Click "Yes, it's correct"

Click "Send me a passcode". If you are unable to receive text messages please use the "Or call my phone" option instead

Enter the passcode sent to your mobile device. Then click "Verify"

Download Duo Mobile on your mobile device from your [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/duo-mobile/id422663827) or [Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duosecurity.duomobile&hl=en_US&pli=1). Then click "Next"

A QR code should appear. Please open the Duo Mobile App to use the QR code

Click on the "Add" button

Click "Use QR code". Your device's camera should open please scan the code

Click "Continue"

You will be asked to name your account. Please leave the account name as "Fordham University".

Click "Back to login"

Select "Other Options"

Select "Duo Push"

A 3 digit verification code will appear on your screen. Please open and enter the verification code in the Duo Mobile app.

Please enter the 3 digit verification code. Then click "Verify"

Click on "Yes, this is my device" if it is your device

You are now signed into your Fordham account and have configured Duo Push as your default login method.
