Add an existing Adjudicator or Official

Login to the Dashboard

Click "Officials"

Make sure the in-line Edit button is ON (blue color)

Click on the Pen icon from the Attending Year Column (should be the first one)

Select the Year of the upcoming event.

Validate the choice withthe check mark
Since Officials are organized by Last name, make sure the **LastName** field is also filled in for the image to show on the Judge & Official page.

The Official will now show on the Judges & Officials page
