Adding and Assigning Skills
In this tutorial you will see where you can add skills and how to assign these to users.

Creating Skills

Go to Settings > Jobs & Scheduling.

Then click into 'Skills' > 'New Skill'.

Once you have entered the skill name, click 'Save'. You can add as many skills as needed.
Assigning Skills to Users

Click into Users and open a user profile.

Now click into 'User Skills' and select the skills that apply to that user, then click 'Apply'.

Now when creating a job that requires certain skills, you know who can be assigned.
Job with Required Skills

When creating/editing a job, you can add the required skills that are needed for the job by clicking 'Required Skills' and selecting the ones that apply.

You can then see which assignee has the relevant skills.

If a job has a user assigned that doesn't have all the required skills it will show a yellow warning on the job as below - when you click into the job details it will say 'Combined skills of assignees do not meet the requirements to complete the job.'

You can then scroll down to compare the skills are adjust as needed.
