To add a new type of other costs, ensure you're logged in to Hyggio on Organization level

Click "Management" in bottom left corner

From the left side menu select "Other costs"

Click "Add other cost"

Enter the cost name

Click "Save"

To add the new cost to the budget go to "Budget" section

Choose budget version

Click "Add other cost"

Select the cost you have added

Click "Add"

You can now enter amount for this cost

Click "Save"
