Adding "Add-On" Items

This short guide shows how to quickly attach optional add-on items (like floral arrangements) to a reservation, choose quantities and guests, set delivery location, and apply them across multiple sailing legs. It helps ensure accurate pricing and clear booking status so you can confirm and continue the reservation without missing extras.

### Access Add-Ons Whether creating a new reservation or working in edit mode: 1. Select the **Add-Ons** tab. 2. Click **+ Add Items**.

### Choose Add-On Category 1. Locate and select your desired add-on category (e.g., **Floral** for optional flower arrangements). 2. Click the **expand arrow (>)** to drop down the selection menu.

### Quote and Add Item 1. Locate the item you wish to add and use the displayed pricing to quote the guest. 2. Click [[Add]]

### Configure and Confirm Add-On 1. **Sailing Legs:** If the reservation has multiple legs, toggle them on or off here as needed. 2. **Quantity & Guest:** Select the quantity to add and assign it to the correct guest. 3. **Delivery Location:** Choose the delivery location (defaults to "In Cabin"). 4. **Save:** Click [[Done]]

### Verify and Continue 1. Verify that the item status now displays as **Booked**. 2. Click **[[Continue]]** to proceed to your next action.
