Adding Chapter Officers in the Chapter Portal

This guide offers a straightforward process for adding chapter officers in the Chapter Portal, ensuring efficient management of your organization. By following these clear steps, users can quickly update their chapter's leadership without confusion. This resource is essential for maintaining accurate records and enhancing communication within the chapter. Whether you're new to the portal or need a refresher, this guide simplifies the task, making it accessible for all members.

Click "My Chapters"

Click Your Chapter Name

Click "Add"

Enter officer name in the search bar. \*NOTE If an officer does not have an active membership, their name will not populate in the search results.

Click "Search"

Mark the checkbox next to the appropriate name

Click "Next"

Assign their officer role using the options in the dropdown list.

Click "SAVE"

Verify Your Chapter Officer Delegations are saved

Click "Logout"

Click "My Chapters"

Click "Manage Officers." Here you can verify if your chapter delegations were saved.

If your officers did not save they may already be active in the chapter under a different role. You will need to deactivate their current role to update to their new role. Please follow instructions below to deactivate an officer/member.

Click "Log in"

Click "My Chapters"

Switch to tab Profile - Manage Officers - Chapter Portal"

Click "My Chapters"

Click your Chapter Name.

Click "Edit"

Check the box next to the officer you wish to deactivate.

Click "Save"
