Adding Members With Limited Permissions

Log in to your FleetRunnr account and navigate to the settings icon, located at the top-right corner of the screen.

Go to the *Workspace* section and click on **Members**.

Once you’re on the Members page, click the **Invite Members** button on the right side of your screen.

In the "***user@example.com"*** field, type the email address of the member you want to add to your workspace.
**Note:** You can grant a member access to an entire module or limit access to specific features within a module. For example, you can give a member access to the Orders module while restricting specific actions, such as preventing them from cancelling orders.

Select the module(s) you want the member to have access to. (example: Orders, Shipments, etc.)

Click the arrow next to the module name to view its available features.

Select the specific features within this module that you want to grant access to.

Click "Invite" to apply your changes.
